At Jamin Leather®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to make the leather return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn leather goods in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
